Visitor Centre Volunteers
Visitor Centre’s are the Trust’s shop window, providing an opportunity to tell people about the fantastic wildlife our region has to offer. The Low Barns Visitor Centre provides facilities for thousands of visitors throughout the year including a shop serving refreshments, toilets and a wide range of information about wildlife and the work of Durham Wildlife Trust.
We currently have a team of 25 volunteers that run the visitor centre 7 days a week 362 days a year!
For more information on how you can get involved take a look at the Visitor Centre Volunteer Role Description or contact Julie Anderson on 01388 488728 or janderson@durhamwt.co.uk
